Prizerebel Review – Scam or Legit?

In this PrizeRebel review, everything about the program will be discussed, from how one can earn to what one can earn, but most importantly, whether or not it is a legitimate program. Reward programs are becoming more and more popular each year, and it is important to know what you are walking into when signing up. So let’s not write a book, and get started, the sooner we finish, the sooner we can start earning.

What is Prize Rebel?

PrizeRebel is a task-oriented, online rewards program, where one earns points by completing tasks, which can then be traded for rewards such as gift cards, coupons, or cash.

What Does it Cost?

PrizeRebel is free to join for life, as long as the program is available in your country. There are no charges when you join, but if a cash payout is made, taxes and so forth might be subtracted from the total amount.

Any Upsales?

Programs that are free to join usually don’t have any up-sales, which is the case with PrizeRebel, however, some of the tasks one can complete may charge you real cash. The paid tasks, mind you, are not a must-do, and can simply be avoided.

Short History

The program was first founded in 2007 and the website shows that they have since paid out over $29 million in rewards and that they have gained over 14 million members in the last 15+ years.

Is PrizeRebel Legit?

The program is over 15 years old and they have paid out quite a bit over the years to their millions of users. They, furthermore, provide a few ways to earn, rather than just the paid surveys, unlike most other reward programs. So, to put it short, they have millions of users that get paid, testimonials to prove so and the program has lasted more than a decade, which in itself is a heck of an accomplishment. So, yeah, they are legit.

What About Support?

They have great support, for a reward program, as many of them do not offer good support at all. If you should run into trouble while using their platform, you can get the needed help in a few ways.

First of all, submit a ticket. If the problem you have encountered does not have an answer on the FAQ page, then you can submit a ticket to which they will respond, usually within 24-48 hours.

Next up, is the social media pages. PrizeRebel has a very large online community that is always active on social media pages such as Facebook. The PrizeRebel team will respond and help if one of the other members isn’t able to.

What type of rewards do they offer and how does one get paid?

The PrizeRebel rewards are more or less the same as those of other rewards programs, including Gift cards for Amazon, PayPal exchange, and such. Their points-to-$ $ ratio is a lot better than most other programs, as one only needs 100 points per dollar whether it is to be exchanged for gift cards or cash.

Rewards one will be able to get are as follows, but not restricted to:

  • Amazon Gift Cards
  • Walmart Gift Cards
  • eBay Gift Cards
  • Steam Wallet Codes
  • Apple iTunes Gift Cards
  • Google Play Gift Card
  • Visa Gift Card
  • Paypal Cash
  • PlayStation Store Gift Cards
  • Codes for In-Game currency

Now as for how one gets paid, cash will be paid via Paypal and Gift Card codes, and so forth can be sent via email and a few other ways.

How Do One Earn Points?

Quite a few ways of earning points are available, including surveys, playing games, and such. Offering different ways ensures that there is something for everyone. The ways one can earn include but are not limited to:

Surveys: Fill in surveys and answer questions to get rewarded with points.

Offers: Complete offers such as trying out apps and so forth to earn.

Games: Earn points by downloading and playing certain games.

Tasks: Perform online tasks to earn. Tasks may include searching for links and so forth. The Figure Eight program, which is also used for Swagbucks, is used to perform all tasks.

Video: The Program includes a bunch of videos, ranging in topics, which can be watched to earn points.

Challenges: Accomplish your daily challenges to earn extra points. Challenges are time-sensitive and usually completed once you have earned a certain amount of points.

Raffles: Use your already earned points to enter raffles, and stand the chance to win even more.

Contests: PrizeRebel will have a contest every other week where members compete to earn extra points. Contests are usually about who can complete the most surveys or earn the most points.

Lucky Numbers: Lucky Numbers is the PrizeRebel version of the lotto, aka Jackpot. One pays a certain amount of points to choose 4 numbers with the hope that they are the lucky ones.

PrizeRebel Review – Pros

  • Other ways of earning points are also included, not just completing surveys.
  • It is completely free to join the program.
  • They have a very good point-to-$ $ ratio, better than most other programs.
  • There are quite a lot of surveys, tasks, and offers one can complete.
  • PR offers great support, especially for a reward program.
  • A low payout threshold, with the ability to cash out as low as $5.

Cons

  • Like most other programs, one will not qualify for every survey.
  • Not all countries can participate in the program.
  • Not all tasks on PrizeRebel are available in all countries.

Let’s Sum This Up…

It will take some time to earn a decent amount of points with the program. People in certain countries will have way more luck than those in other countries, and, your luck, will furthermore; depend on how your profile is filled out. Gender, age, and profession play a big role in what you can do with rewards programs, and it is no different with PrizeRebel. All of this is to say, that not everyone will qualify for all the surveys and such, which is why my recommendation is to combine a few different, rewards programs, like Swagbucks, to increase your earnings.

PrizeRebel is my favorite rewards program out of the lot!  Way more to do on the platform and overall just a better chance at qualifying for surveys and such in my country. They do not have high thresholds that need to be met before payout. Surveys are aimed at normal people, not the everyday business owner who flies around the world in first class with 20,000 employees that drive 10 cars. (I always fail to understand why such a person would fill out surveys)

Remember, this type of reward program is not a way to earn a full-time income but rather a means to supplement your current income.
